DriftHabit (drifthabit.com) offers online quizzes about money and everyday habits. This page explains what information DriftHabit handles when you use the site and how it is used. DriftHabit is operated from Washington State, USA.
What we collect
- Quiz answers and reports. Your answers, results, and week check-ins are stored in your own browser (local storage). You don’t need an account to play a quiz, and answers aren’t uploaded to DriftHabit.
- Email address. If you start DriftHabit Pro, the email you enter at checkout is used to identify your Pro account and to send one-time sign-in links when you ask for one.
- Session cookie. An essential HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax cookie named
drift_sessionkeeps you signed in. Sessions expire after 30 days. - Subscription details. We store a Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and trial end date so we can give you Pro access. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Basic usage counts. We count anonymous funnel events (for example, “quiz started” or “checkout opened”) without tying them to you.
Payments
Payments for DriftHabit Pro are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. Onelink (a Stripe service) is the merchant of record and handles payment details, sales tax, and receipts under Stripe’s own privacy policy. DriftHabit only receives what it needs to link your subscription to your account.
How we use information
We use this information to provide quizzes and Pro access, sign you in, manage your subscription, and answer support requests. We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t use quiz answers for advertising profiles.
Your choices
You can delete your account from the account page. That cancels billing right away and removes the account data we store. Clearing your browser’s storage removes saved quiz answers on that device. You can also email us to ask for a copy or deletion of your data.
